GameFramework Interface

GameFramework Interface (GFI) was a program that provided core services to plug-in DLL modules, designed primarily for games. It used DirectX 9.

Two games were released a number of years ago along with the core engine required to run the games.

The released games were:
  • Manic Miner. A remake of the Commodore 64 version.
  • Jet Set Willy. A remake of the Commodore 64 version.
The games and GFI core are no longer available for download.

It has been superseded by a new single-file engine Game Core, currently using DirectX 11, that is now used for game development.
