Kingpin: Life of Crime Power 2 mod


Kingpin: Life of Crime POWER 2 mod is a team based game similar in play to the Unreal Tounament game 'Domination' There are three control points that have to be captured and defended.

Updated version of the Power 2 client files.

This pack contains the final versions of all known Power 2 maps created prior to 22nd October 2016.

This pack is required to play on Power 2 v1.1 & v1.2 servers. You will not be able to connect to a Power 2 v1.1 or v1.2 server if you do not have these client files.

If you have already have the Power 2 v1.0 client files then you must delete the power2 folder in your Kingpin folder before unpacking this file.

Power 2 v1.4 server files for Windows OS.

This pack allows a server operator to host their own Power 2 server, and will run on 32 and 64 bit operating systems.

This update contains various bug fixes and enhancements:
  • Fixed harpoon not respawning after pickup when cvar harpoon_enable is 0
  • Fixed harpoon not spawning when real mode is enabled
  • Fixed harpoon impact with rain and snow clouds
  • Set harpoon_enable cvar to latched so it now changes at next map
  • Added new spawn key 'health' to power_control_point entity to override the capture limit for a map
  • Added new cvar allow_capture_override to enable or disable capture limit overriding
  • Added new map spawn key 'health' to worldspawn entity to disable harpoon auto allocate for that map only if harpoon_enable cvar is set to 1. Set health to any value other than 0 to disable harpoon
This pack does not include any maps so the client pack is also required.

If you are having problems running a server make sure you have installed vcredist_x86.exe Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Microsoft.

The Power 2 mappers pack contains everything you need to create maps for Power 2 mod.

If you have previously mapped for Power 2 and you want to use the new functions available in Power 2 server v1.4 then you will require this updated mappers pack.
