A handy utility that allows files to be edited in ASCII and hex views

Optional conversion of file to textual form in:

• Hexadecimal
• Decimal
• Octal
• Binary (currently disabled)

Generate output in 8, 16, 24, or 32 bits, selectable for little- or big-endian.

Output can be formatted in C++, Delphi, Visual Basic, Comma delimited (CSV style), and Plain undelimited.

I wrote this program to convert small amounts of data into a form that could be added to program source. Updated periodically. Last updated Jan 2002

This program is only functional as far as I need at present. It is updated as the need or time presents itself. It has not yet been fully tested for bugs or errors.
