Some video drivers (GeForce 2 & 4) will cause this game to run at half speed due to vertical blank syncing. If the game runs slow then use the + and - keys on the keypad to increase or decrease the game play speed.

This DOS version of Manic Miner now superseded by GFI Manic Miner.
GFI Manic Miner is now available for download from the GFI Games section.
C64 Clone - Includes 6581 SID emulator.
Known bugs: Sound sync issue on fast processors No sound AT ALL on Windows XP due to no real DOS mode.

Update 1st May 2003 - This game has been coded to run on GFI for testing. Nothing spectacular has been done to the gameplay but it does the job. A finalized version will be one of the first games to be released to run on GFI.
